Our Mission
At KiZE our mission, passion, and purpose is “Changing Lives for the Better”. Our founder, Jeff Ragan, created KiZE (sounds like “wise” but with a “K”) from the Japanese word “Kaizen” - meaning “change for the better” or “continuous improvement”.
A START-UP STORY
The start of my story isn't perfect. I was unemployed, unfulfilled, and trying to figure out what to do with my life. Not exactly the post college “success” I planned on.
This struggle eventually became my blessing as it made me realize what I was passionate about which was helping people live better, live healthier, and grow to be their best! Those new passions led me on a journey to develop a delicious, healthy snack alternative that didn't just taste good, but did good. Like REAL, TANGIBLE good.
The KiZE difference is rooted in a love for you and others and we hope you can enjoy our products, purpose, and be a part of our mission to make a real difference. It only continues because of awesome people like you!

- Hungry – helping our efforts to provide high-quality real food to the hungry in our community, country, and around the world.
- Homeless – helping bring REAL LIFE CHANGE via RESOURCES + RELATIONSHIP to our homeless neighbors here in Oklahoma City.
- Haiti – in person trips to serve and support our friends at Hope House Haiti and their surrounding communities
- At-Risk Youth – helping our various mentoring and community service initiatives and partnerships to help our youth.
OUR SECOND CHANCE TEAM
Our facility is a building full of overcomers. Many of our KiZE team members have overcome drug addiction, homelessness and incarceration. We stand with them by giving them a place and purpose to belong, be loved, and grow.
