I am obsessed with these bars! Haven’t had a flavor I didn’t like and the texture is perfect, especially refrigerated. My top three flavors are cookie dough, oatmeal, chocolate chip, and surprisingly peanut butter, honey. Though honestly, every flavor is good. The only flavors I haven’t tried yet are plain almond butter, almond butter chocolate sea salt and cinnamon roll…but I will!

I haven't tried all of them yet, but the ones I have are great.
These are now my go to bars to eat before I run.
I love they are so soft, great flavors, perfect size for me.
My husband wished they were a little bigger.
I got one in a Run box subscription and absolutely loved it so I wanted to try more.
So glad I did. Love them.

So many bars these days advertise being 'high protein' and 'low sugar' but are literally full of chemicals and poison for the body. Even the simple brands, such as RX bars, include suspicious 'natural flavors' and nearly pull out your teeth with the sticky consistency. By contrast, Kize bars are the real deal - ACTUALLY simple, wholesome ingredients, with a pleasant texture. Yes, they are a packaged snack, but unlike so many items on the market, they are ACTUAL FOOD. I wish they were more readily available in stores. I would also like to see more flavors incorporating egg white protein as it is a versatile and healthy protein source and the only other bars I know of that do so are RX. I would love for Kize to 'make it big' and be available at major retailers such as Whole Foods, although unfortunately it seems like brands compromise quality and flavor once they make it to large scale distribution. These days, it seems only smaller brands retain quality & flavor. Anyways, I am glad these bars still exist because I truly can count on one hand the protein bars available today that can be considered actual food, as most are inundated by sugar alcohols and other difficult to pronounce ingredients.
