    Pleasantly surprised

    As a personal trainer. I’ve tried more than my share of protein bars. I have to say I was hesitant about this one. However, I couldn’t refuse the great sale price you had on the sampler, and thankfully I did. Not only do I really like these. I actually look forward to having Kize bars. I use them when I am craving something sweet to curb my sweet tooth. Keep one in my purse as a quick pick me up on the go. Or even just as a quick and easy snack with some protein. You won’t be disappointed. Still trying to decide which one is my favorite :-)

    Love this brand

    We found out about kize from a friend on a camping trip! The raved about how good they were! I researched lose after returning home and loved that the company focus was on giving back, supporting the hope house, healthy nutrition and and making a product that taste great with clean ingredients. I ordered 3 boxes and set up a subscription!

    So good!

    Nothing To Improve Here

    I've been looking for some bars which are clean, no artificial sweeteners, or have sugar alternatives and these fit the bill. They are the perfect bar for a snack or a pre-workout and are so delicious. I have tried them from the fridge and room temperature. Cold ones are great with a cup of coffee and room temp ones are so smooth and creamy (can be a little messy) but so tasty. Love all the flavors. Wish they were a little bigger but that's just me. Can't find anything wrong with them!
