Reliable, cannot beat the ingredient list OR taste,
My absolute favorite bar I’ve ever had. Obviously, the macros don’t rival Kirkland protein bars but you cannot beat the Kize ingredient list. Further, because of the real, easy to digest ingredients, these bar are my FAVORITE pre-workout snack. They’ve fueled both early morning runs and late afternoon track repeats throughout 3 marathon training cycles.
