I feel they are pretty healthy and soo delicious. I eat one in the morning when I am rushed for time to go to work. It keeps me satisfied until my break at work. I keep one in my purse in case I am out and about on a day off. It is healthier than being tempted to go to fast food. It is yummier also. sometimes if I stay up late and just have that sweet tooth, I might grab one. I love how soft they are.

The protein bars tasted great. The price of the starter pack with free shipping was a good deal, but I haven't ordered any more because I feel full price is too expensive for the product even though they are good. The shipping from the on-line store was decent compared to some other protein bar/powder companies I've ordered from, but still took longer than I expected. If I find a good price on this product on Amazon or at Costco/Sam's, I would definitely order them again.
